Returns Process:
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To start the returns process, please email us at returns@streetcouture.co.za and we’ll email you a prepaid return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping:
At Street Couture, we are delighted to provide free returns. Street Couture is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same returns process. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Exceptions:
Refunds are not applicable for certain items, including but not limited to gift cards, downloadable products, and items marked as final sale.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact our customer support for assistance.
