Shipping Process:
At Street Couture, we are delighted to provide free standard shipping and to ensure that your items are delivered to you within 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, we kickstart the dispatch process, which usually takes 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12 pm will be processed on the same day, while those received after 12 pm will be processed either on the same day or the following day.
PLEASE NOTE: During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing and delivery times may be extended. While we strive to dispatch all orders promptly, delays of up to 14 working days may occur. Should your order be affected, you will be notified accordingly.
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will promptly receive a notification via email or SMS. This notification will contain tracking information, enabling you to keep an eye on the progress of your delivery. If you make a purchase over the weekend, processing will begin on the subsequent Monday or Tuesday morning, with the support of our trusted partners, either Courier Guy or Aramex. If there are any potential delays, such as those related to size or stock availability, we will promptly communicate the expected delivery date to you.
Please note that we only deliver in South Africa, and kindly be aware that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays, and we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. A valid street address is required for delivery.
Street Couture is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, and our parcels are not shipped as insured.
